1. All purchased items cannot be returned/refunded.
2. Factory damaged products can be exchanged with the new product with the same details (size and color)*
3. Size exchange of the same product and same color is allowed*

*Product Exchange terms and conditions: 
Maximum 3 days after the product is purchased.
The product must be in new condition as purchased to be exchanged.
+ Any tags and label must not be removed
+ Product must not be washed 
+ Product must not be modified in any ways
